Does the book you cite give any documentation of their connection to Richard?

Notes
Mary - marriage license lists her as "daughter of Eliza Piersall"
Sarah - Washington Wills was a surety for the marriage bond for Sarah and James M. Stevenson.
Phebe - James M. Stevenson is surety on her marriage license.
From Phebe's death record in Montgomery Co., KY vital statistics book, I found that her
parents were John and Elizabeth Pearsall.
John Pearsall (the son) was one of the sureties when William Thorne Redmon was co-executor of
his (W. T. R's) father's will in 1822 in Clarke Co., KY. Amoung the buyers at the estate sale were John Pearsall and Samuel Pearsall.
